armageddon is a battle in which satan unites the kings of the earth against god's appointed king, christ.. the witnesses teach that the bible uses megiddo as the "symbolic" place of gathering of all the kings of the earth, where they will try to do battle against god and his forces.. it sounds so silly to me now that god and his forces would battle satan?

if god is so powerful,wouldn't he make satan and his demons just disappear?

does god need a sword,rocket,fist,or army tanks to destroy satan?.

the wife's aunt was df'ed right after the 1975 fiasco for getting married in a catholic church.

pretty harsh wouldn't you say?

anyway, her hard-core niece , my wifes' cousin patty, as well as many other loyal dubs followed doctrine and refused to have contact with her other than to urge her to return to the dubs after every wt meeting that told them to "reach out" to the dfed ones.

This isn't that far from the truth though, just change the gender - why can't male JWs do anything with their hair? I was constantly bullied to keep mine short and when I started colouring it (tastefully) I had some of my 'privileges' removed as an MS.
